Where We Ship

Filthy Professionals currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase confirmation. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as product drops or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Filthy Professionals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier and/or file a claim directly with them. We will do our best to assist in the investigation.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
