Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@filthyprofessionals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving authorization from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer exchanges — if you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes all sale-priced items and custom or limited-edition pieces. All final sale designations are clearly marked on the product page at time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@filthyprofessionals.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
